Figures and methodology
Property values represent the third-party appraisals or the explicitly identified operator marks described on the performance page. Unrealized and realized results are presented separately throughout. Equity invested is actual cash at risk; return of capital is not treated as profit; realized returns use dated cash flows and a pooled XIRR. Where complete property-level NOI was unavailable a 62% margin estimate is used and identified as such. Revenue figures are property-level trailing actuals or the relevant tax return, or stabilized estimates where marked. Market comparison charts for 2019 to 2021 use the operator's data and third-party benchmarking from that period. All figures are unaudited.
Affiliates
Design, construction, brokerage and property operations are performed by companies and individuals under common ownership with the sponsor. Any future offering would disclose those arrangements and their pricing in full.
Privacy
The forms on this site open an email in your own mail application; nothing is submitted to a server through this website. Information you send us by email or phone is used only to respond to you and, if you ask, to keep you informed about the sponsor. We do not sell or rent it.
