The next chapter
Permanent capital for scarce hospitality real estate
Parsons Real Estate is building a concentrated portfolio of design-led vacation residences and boutique inns in supply-constrained US markets. The next phase is larger than the historical portfolio: boutique inns, unique multifamily hospitality assets and irreplaceable residential properties where acquisition basis, design and operating execution can create a durable spread over replacement cost.

Where things stand
No offering is being made through this website. Parsons Real Estate is the sponsor platform; it is not a fund and it is not soliciting subscriptions. The next vehicle, when there is one, will be offered only to qualified investors, only through definitive offering documents, and only once securities counsel has signed off.
What we can do now is show you what we own, what it has produced and how it is run, and get to know you. Family offices and private capital can have the full book today: the portfolio book and the introduction are in the data room, and property summaries and the schedule of real estate are available on request.
What we are looking for
Long-duration family-office and private-capital relationships capable of investing across acquisitions, construction and stabilized real estate, rather than underwriting each transaction as an isolated loan. Lenders who understand hospitality real estate that is owned, not leased.
